«Guided by the 149th article of the Constitution of Armenia, delegate Nikol Pashinyan Prime Minister of the Republic,» the content of the pronouncement of the Armenian head says.
The Constitution of Armenia accept that the contender for the post of head administrator is assigned by a political power that established an outright parliamentary dominant part. Accordingly, this applicant is consequently named by the leader of the Cabinet by pronouncement of the head of state.
